Trove: Scalable Design Systems for Product Marketing & B2BGrowth
Trove is a technology company enabling branded recommerce for fashion, luxury, and outdoor brands, giving products a second life through resale and trade-in programs.
Trove partners with brands like Patagonia, Eileen Fisher, and Claire V to combine logistics, pricing, and a resale platform, helping brands integrate pre-owned items alongside new products.
As the business grew, they needed a clearer, more compelling way to communicate a complex product, especially in sales conversations, product demos, and marketing touchpoints where clarity directly impacts conversion.
Visual Design System
A scalable visual system was developed to translate Trove’s product experience into a storytelling marketing design, simplifying complex features into clear, flexible design elements.
The result was a more consistent and recognisable brand identity across the website, marketing campaigns, and product storytelling.
Editorial Marketing Assets
For editorial content, a clean, structured approach was implemented, including case studies and eBook marketing assets.
Clear hierarchy and visual clarity made complex information easy to digest, enhancing credibility and strengthening brand consistency.
Figma Prototypes
A core part of my work involved creating interactive Figma prototypes tailored to prospective partners and event presentations.
By adapting Trove’s platform to each brand’s identity and product range, I produced over 80 demos for pitches and live presentations, helping turn abstract ideas into tangible experiences and supporting new client wins.
Presentation Design
The marketing team sought a new direction for their sales decks, with stronger visuals and simple interactive elements.
Using Google Slides, I designed presentations with button-like features to improve flow and engagement.
The Employee Mission & Value Deck
This internal presentation communicates the company’s mission and values in an engaging, memorable format. Its light, easy-to-follow design distinguishes it from Trove’s external marketing materials and ensures clarity.
I used bold patterns, simple shapes, and a cut-out collage technique to create a playful visual style that reflects the company’s creative culture. Incorporating team photography with curated stock images made the deck more human and relatable.
